Coach Todd Peterman enters his 4th year at Desoto where he teaches Mathematics. He brings 19 years of coaching experience to the Eagle's nest. He played high school football for the legendary coach Joe Tunnell in Rush Springs, OK as their quarterback.

Coach Peterman graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He began his coaching career at such notable programs as Midland and Tyler where he rose to Offensive Coordinator. During his career he has coached every offensive position. He also coaches track at Desoto High School. He made the transition from Offensive Line Coach to Offensive Coordinator \ Quarterbacks Coach upon Coach Mathis’ arrival at DeSoto High School.

Coach Peterman is currently finishing his Master's degree in Education Administration. He is married to Dana, a neonatal intensive care nurse, and has two children, Kayler (6 years) and Grayson (5 years). The Petermans live in Desoto.
